Reservation: Rejected, unavailable, expired, or unconfirmed Request to Book requests are refunded in full.
Non-refundable: Guest cancellation 14 days or more before check-in is eligible for a full refund of the amount paid for that booking.
Refundable: Guest cancellation 14 days or more before check-in is eligible for a full refund of the amount paid for that booking.
